he has a 64 bit pc and milkshape is a 32bit program....

@sims3guy please stop screaming at us , its annoying and noobish.
i suggest you to download 32 and 64 and if they both don't work go to configuration screen -> programs -> programs and parts -> run programs that are made for a older version of windows.
