moon marks? (solved)

would anyone be so kind as to make me Kerli's moon marks? i tried myself but they where such a disaster lol they looked like massive spots! :/ if you dont know what moon marks are they are these 3 diamonds on kerlis forehead see picture? 
they represent integrity, love, unity, i was not going to include them in my video because i could not make them! but i feel like the video would be pointless without them because they mean so much to kerli and her fans!
