You will need to learn how to make basic flourish animations with after effects to start...The animated backgrounds from that video is highly unlikely possible to do in vegas.

it's to hard for begining try to find similar videos on yt and ask people who made it can you use it , it's a easly way

loool rowy memyself well u should learn from my fault because I did the same too with dance in the dark and judas.. I wanted to make it and I started doing anims but I just didn't have that feeling to do it, when u are doing a project don't start a new project just if u need to wait to get something, because u never gonna finish it.
