The bob cut with a "V" in the middle of the bangs.

But since i lost it, all i can tell you is, Use Peggy's bob or Rose's bob, and recolor it, and use Rosesims2's accessory hair and recolor it to a V shape:

No u don't have to do that, RoseSims2 has an actual V shaped bangs cut
I think its in her ChineseSection wether its the free or the donation one just check it and recolor it to blonde

The V bangs are to small for me, so I made my own.

I just recolored a bob-hairstyle from rosesims
