Scarf around head hair??+Master Suite hair for sims 2?

Helloo, so i would need ur help to find dis hair for The Sims 2
heres another pic of a similar hair:
DAT hair is soooo fricking cute <3 <3 have to have it!! but i cant find it anywhere :/ i found one almost like it in TSR, but didnt like it. PLUS does anyone have/or knows how to convert The Sims 3 Master Suite Stuff hair
for The Sims 2??? Its also SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute, and again, a must have <3 Plz help?
