PLEASE READ!

I FINALLY FOUND A REASON TO A MESH ISSUE IN MILKSHAPE! Okay, sometimes when you click smooth all in milkshape and your mesh turns like black and white in a blocky form...this is a problem with the normals. When this happens the *black part* are the bad normals. Unfortunately I only know how to fix this issue with blender but if anybody has this problem feel free to send me the *ms3d* file and I will be glad to fix it for you. But I warn you please send me the file before you started the weight process because when I fix this problem it will erase any previous weights : )
