Please help me..Animation Box

hi people I'm with problem with my animation box that do not want to working
but I do not know what to do
already tried 5 times and not working
after I finish the box I'll test it in game
But instead of appearing in the picture box appears " No Pic "
What is this?
I could not get take Print screen
Can someone please help me solve this problem?
I'm going into despair at the thought of never going to make animations

did you use any letters which are not in the english language? simpe can't handle these letters, so even the exportet 5an file should not include other letters. For example, in germany we have ä ö and ü which are not working ^^

lol but i think it has nothing to do with the pic ._.
altho I always had the same problem like renan's having at the moment, my anim box ALWAYS fail
so a folder filled with anims is a waste :'))

well, in object meshing (including animation boxes, cuz they are objects to) it says "no pic" if you used wrong letters. I have experience with that, cuz i am an object mesher as you know ^^ instead of a preview picture in the buymode, it says "no pic" and yeah, that happens with using no-english letters

My objects do not work also
I tried to make Dixie Kong that is my dream have she in The Sims as a teddy bear but it did not work
but with the objects I do not care
I worry about the Poses
