Josh Hutcherson sim

So as many of you know, I love The Hunger Games and one of the characters is Peeta Mellark who's played by Josh Hutcherson. I've tried making him into a sim but I'm not a good sim maker so all my attempts have failed, miserably. 
I was wondering if any of you could help me and make him into a sim? 
here's some pics of him:
AND, everyone who helps me will get a set of Bad Romance stuff!
The outfit and glasses from the monsterball:

And (the first time I've ever done this) the black lingerie outfit and ANIMATED PYROBRA!!!!

it's just the sparks of the pyrobra that are animated. They are separate accs. I'll put up a tut later.

Did you make any of these things by any chance? I was looking around for Hunger Games sims and came across these outfits:
I know you made the pink Effie dress so that's why I'm wondering. Would you trade for Peeta (if you like him)?

I actually made those for a contest Elizabeth Banks (Effie) was holding on her site! I'll trade you for my Josh/Peeta sim
